At the present stage of the development of the world community, more and more attention has been paid to the development of sport. Sport has long ceased to be closed to the general public, recently it has become more and more in line with the lives of citizens. This modern trend in the development of physical culture and sports is actively supported by the Russian Federation, both through comprehensive development and the creation of conditions for encouraging people to engage in sports, and organize major sports competitions, support for sports of higher achievements. It should be noted that physical culture and sport have a great influence on the development of the economy and society, which is manifested in minimizing economic losses and improving the demographic component: increasing the life expectancy of the population, increasing the working age of people, and so on. Also, sport is a whole sector of the economy, a sphere of entrepreneurial activity that provides employment for the population and replenishes federal and local budgets at the expense of tax revenues.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
