Future Manufacturing Concept Based on SAP System

           The subject of the study are trends and effects of the use of innovative technologies and solutions in production.            The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of future manufacturing with the identification of the most relevant components, as well as the factors that cause their deployment in the enterprise.            The relevance of this topic is confirmed by the number of scientific studies in this field, as well as the need of manufacturers to search for the ways to optimize production and reduce costs. Practical significance consists of deducing the factors for the use of industry solutions 4.0, as well as evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of solutions in the market.            In the first chapter the analysis of theoretical aspects of innovative approaches to production optimization and their synthesis were made. Among them cyberphysical systems, Internet of things, predictive analytics stood out.            In the second chapter, there is a comparative analysis of solutions for the Internet of things of the SAP company with other solutions in the market, an analysis of examples of applications. Based on the analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of SAP solutions were identified. Based on the results of the review of IoT and the replicated products based on it, 40 factors were identified that should be assessed by the company's management when deciding whether to use IoT solutions in its production.             In the third chapter, an approach of combining IoT applications and a microservice was proposed and described. You can use architecture-as-code when overlaying processes and scenarios for different industries, maintain the continuity of the processes when making changes.             Keywords: Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things, Cyberphysical Systems, SAP Leonardo
