Motivation Features of Participants in Coaching Process

Contemporary research on coaching, reveal different aspects of this field. This work is devoted studying the peculiarities of motivation of participants of coaching. In the work were analyzed and revealed one of the key components of coaching as a process, namely, motivation. The study shows analysis of the situation in the organization necessary for successful coaching work. The work reveals the highlights of participants ' motivation at the initial stage of coaching. The novelty of this work lies in the fact that on the basis of the existing theoretical and practical bases of coaching is working with different teams developed the methodology to determine the most important motivational expectations of different categories of staff within the coaching. This method allows to detect may allow to optimize the work of a coach, by reducing the total time of the analysis of the situation and performance results.
