Key words: multinational equipment transportation, transportation costs optimization, equipment delivery from China to Russia.The object of the study is Ltd "Russkij Dom Kancelyarii" logistics system of equipment delivery. The subject of this work is transport schemes for shipment of manufacturing equipment. The final qualification work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of used literature.In the introduction the relevance of the problem is substantiated, the object and subject of the study are determined and also goals and main tasks are set. In the first chapter the analysis of company’s economic activity has been done. This analysis consists of the study of products in frames of market of the liquid stationary, analysis of commercial, logistics and financial-economic activity, main logistics problems are defined. In the second chapter the survey of the main theoretical approaches of enhancement of transport costs is carried out, including overview of the sources of transport costs appearance, their optimization attitudes and algorithms. In the framework of enhancement actions the analysis of transport types, methods and key flows from China to Russia of containerready cargo are done.In the third chapter the development and deployment of the algorithms of transport flows of equipment rationalization is performed, the calculations are reflected and the assessment of practical implementation of proposed measures is provided, the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the optimization solutions is reflected.The conclusion overviews main derivations and suggestions concerned the results of analysis focused on the equipment transportation efficiency improvement deployment.
