The graduate work is about management problems of municipal finance in Russian Federation. The purpose of my work is to find ways to improve municipal finance in Russia The work contains experience of municipal management, municipal finance of Germany. There was an analysis of municipal finance of Belgorod and Lipetsk Regions. There was also held the analysis for problems in the field of municipal finance and was the search for ways to improve it. Key words - municipal finance, municioality, local budget, income and expenses of local budget.
