The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes and prerequisites for the emergence of problems in the interaction of participants in the supply chain, suggest options for reducing their impact. The objectives of the study are to study methods for optimizing the interaction of participants in the supply chain, analyzing the cause-effect relationships within the framework of this interaction and mutual influence. A universal algorithm was proposed that allows developing a system for increasing the effectiveness of the interaction of the supply chain, which includes the customer enterprise, the manufacturer of the product and the network of intermediaries of various levels. Within the framework of the research, a specific chain of supply of the narrowly directed equipment of the electric and low-current complex of the enterprise-customer was considered. To solve the problems, the following methods of increasing the effectiveness of interaction were proposed: 1) A unified application form was proposed that allows to take into account all the necessary information. Also given is an example of an application and its recognition by the 1C: Enterprise system. 2) A combined ABC XYZ analysis of intermediaries was conducted, which allowed to classify intermediaries in accordance with the number and regularity of the practical implementation of incoming requests from them with the system of accepting the applications of the manufacturer 3) Based on the results, the KPI assessment method was applied and the analysis was carried out. Based on the results of the evaluation of the changes made to the system, a conclusion was made about the effectiveness of the changes proposed for the participants in the supply chain.
