The paper describes the development of a technique of designing sets of spare parts (spare parts, tools and accessories), which is an integral part of the maintenance and repair system for geographically distributed systems. A feature of the new method is the calculation and optimization of complex systems spare parts, in which one set of spare parts support operation of several different types of products distributed across the territory and replenished by various strategies.
