В данной работе рассматривает феномен "стеклянного потолка" на муниципальной службе как разновидность устойчивой гендерной сегрегации. Цель работы - выявление факторов, оказывающих влияние на проявления "стеклянного потолка" на муниципальной службе. Теоретическая часть работы освещает ключевые основы феномена и содержит характеристику вертикальной гендерной сегрегации во Франции. Эмпирическая часть включается в себя анализ данных РМЭЗ с помощью статистического пакета STATA. Гипотезы, выдвинутые в начале исследования, были подтверждены.
