Mobile apps market is developing rapidly. Due to the power and functionality modern mobile devices, there are many opportunities to create app that can help you to resolve various user issues. The work is dedicated to realizing mobile applications for the sale of goods between users. The paper discusses the design principles of a client-server architecture for the organization's service purchase and sale of goods. In addition, a description of the technical features of the work with location services, the implementation of the principles of reactive programming, cross-platform mobile database realm, the process of organization of the goods turnover; the development of a mobile client under the operating system Android (version 4.0 and above) and server. The object of the development is a mobile app and server that implements the REST API. As a management system database that stores information about vendors, customers and goods used by PostgreSQL. The work contains 112 pages, 3 chapters, 23 figures, 19 sources, 2 applications. Key words: turnover, Realm, rxJava, spring, dependency injection, jwt token, MVP pattern, Android application.
