In this final qualification in the study of powders were installed optimum particle size distribution of powders of tungsten, which is used for the manufacture of the IPC. It is revealed that the Effective way to remove the fraction from the composition of the powder is sedimentation. Comparative analysis of technologies for pressing (pressing and hydrostatic pressing in a metal mold) has shown that the use of the method of manufacturing a foam body pressing in the matrix allows you to: - significantly simplify the technology of production of spongy body to obtain a more uniform porosity to simplify the process of measuring the porosity of a workpiece - for more effective use of tungsten powder. Defined measurement methods needed to study the emission properties of the cathode. The amount of qualifying work – 60 p. the Work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusions and list of references. When writing was used articles, publications and books.
