Conflict Management in an Organization

The basis of any company are employees, the success of the whole organization depends on the effectiveness of their interaction. In the process of communication between employees there are conflicts associated with the specifics of this process. The task of each leader is to minimize the arising conflicts and to eliminate their destructive consequences. The purpose of this work is to create techniques for managing conflicts in leisure organizations related to the process of communication between employees. In the first chapter of this paper, the history of the emergence of views on the conflict is examined, the theoretical aspects of conflicts in the organization are explored, and specific features of the communication process in the organization that can somehow influence the onset of conflicts are revealed. Also, the relationship between these concepts is disclosed in the conflict management process in leisure organizations. The second chapter has a practical nature and a unique author's view on the management of conflicts in leisure organizations.
