Formulas for Double Hurwitz Numbers in Genus 0

Generating function for connected double Hurwitz numbers in genus 0 is a formal symmetric solution of the dispersionless 2DTL hierarchy. The description of all formal symmetric solutions in the form of Taylor series provides a general way to calculate double Hurwitz numbers in genus 0. We apply this method to obtain explicit formulas for them in the selected cases.
