Post Items Delivery Tracking Client-server Application for Federal Post Service

This paper is dedicated to development of geographic information system for monitoring and tracking of postal items delivery. The client-server application to resolve the monitoring problem, described in this paper, is aimed at providing the Federal Postal Services a tool to monitor and track postal items It also reveals methods and algorithms are used to analyze and control displacement, and problems that were faced during implementation of the product.
