The work cconsidered the national and foreign metrological systems and normative documents for measuring solar cell parameters based on nanoheterostructures. The photoconverters using is taken into account in accordance with the international standard requirements. The main content of the work is the study of methods and means of measuring the new generation solar cells parameters. The work volume is 68 pages and includes 32 illustrations, 13 formulas, 20 used sources.
