Subject-Oriented Model Design for Cyber-Physical System Management

Nowadays industrial companies have been under constant pressure from all stakeholders to ensure high product quality and reduce costs. The introduction of new technologies in production contributes to this process. In particular, the introduction of cyber-physical system has the potential to change the entire manufacturing sector. The concept of "Smart Factory" and the replacement of conveyor type production on personalized with a lower cost becomes widespread. However, it is impossible to build a successful business with no control over all processes, systems and data. In this graduation work, the question of modeling business processes after the introduction of the cyber-physical system into industry will be considered using the example of the largest aircraft manufacturer in Europe. The purpose of this work is to study the interaction of all subjects (the customer, the main company, suppliers of all levels) participating in the business process and obtain the model of the cyber-physical system in S-BPM notation. To achieve this goal, the following tasks will be accomplished: 1) Analysis of the concept of the Internet of things and the cyber-physical system; 2) Comparison of the two main approaches to the modeling of business processes; 3) Selection of methodology for designing a business process in terms of requirements for the management system; 4) Modeling of the business process of the cyber-physical system; 5) summarizing of result;
