In this paper we study a subspace of linear involutions, corresponding to the quadratic differentials. We show the presense of a countable Markov shift structure on the space of such linear involutions. To the Markov shift we apply the thermodynamic formalism and construct an ergodic probability measure that is invariant under the Markovian left shift. We prove that the constructed measure possesses a list of properties, for example, it has the spectral gap property and satisfies the Central Limit Theorem.
