Corporate Volunteering (СV) is a volunteer program and projects that work in the same or another business company with the support of the company and in the company's interests. In the framework of this study, corporate volunteering will be seen as a voluntary unpaid action by employees, as well as members of their families, who are organized and / or encouraged by the company. СV is usually part of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In Russia, this phenomenon began relatively recently. The research problem is the contradiction between self-organization and initiative in classical volunteering and orders circulating within the company that regulate and organize volunteer programs. The study was conducted with employees of regional and Moscow offices of an international company, who either already participate in KV, or have an idea about such projects. In the focus of the research, restrictions are placed on participation in actions in the CW and coercion, which may come from the company, because of the need to follow the corporate culture. The main results of this work: volunteerism will be considered as voluntary provision of information in the event that information about KV will be received, without reference to campaigning, requests and other appeals. Forced character begins to manifest itself if the directives are lowered from above, not in the context of a possible option, as well as with the delegation of volunteer projects and the installation of curators of KV projects without the knowledge of the employees themselves.
