Objective: to conduct the analysis of separate practical problems of the simplified proceeding as an order of consideration and dispatch of arbitration process in two basic aspects: from position of process of unitization of judicial legislation and in the context of changes of June, 01, 2016. Method: an author is use the method of analysis, comparison, generalization, and also method of analogy. Results: on the basis of direction of unitization of judicial legislation introduction of the simplified proceeding to arbiration process is certain as part of the indicated phenomenon.
