Improving the Logistics Services Quality Assessment System (Case Study of PJSC "M.video")

In the circumstances is played logistic by service and quality of his granting. The market of household appliances and electronics isn't an exception. The competition in this market constantly grows, production is rather demanded among consumers, so, it is necessary to pay special attention to logistic service to remain competitive. Improving the logistics services quality assessment system in the PJSC M.Video will be considered in this text. The purpose of dissertation – specification of approaches to improving the logistics services quality assessment system of the trading company which is engaged in sale of household appliances and electronics in the territory of the Russian Federation. In the thesis production and financial activity of the company has been analysed, logistic activity of the company is investigated, the problems connected with logistics are revealed and ways of their solution are proposed. On the basis of the theoretical review methods have been determined by improvement of logistic service, the plan for improving the logistics services quality assessment system is developed. The method of analytical hierarchy as more suitable method for definition of the best set of indicators for an assessment of quality of logistic service has been defined. After application of the developed methodical recommendations the economic efficiency from the made decisions which has shown their benefit for the company has been counted.
