Evaluation of the Company's Reputation in the Internet

Topic of the thesis: "Evaluation of the company's reputation in the Internet". The purpose of the work: to study the reputation of the company in the Internet environment, using the example of NRU HSE-NN business school. The object of research: the reputation of a business school in an online environment. The subject of the study: assessment of the reputation of a business school in the Internet environment. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and one appendix. The scientific novelty of the work consists in a comprehensive study of the reputation of the business school, characterising the components of the business school's e-reputation, and identifying the factors that have a significant impact on the e-reputation of the business school. The paper proves the existence of statistically significant correlation between the e-reputation of the business school and its reputation, the influence of brand characteristics on e-reputation, the impact of the quality of a website on e-reputation, and the influence of social media on e-reputation. A study of the reputation of the business school in the Internet environment has been conducted, as well as recommendations aimed at improving it have been formulated.
