Development of a Marketing Mix for LTD "LDM-hotel"

Currently, the hotel business is one of the most promising and fast growing industries. In a market economy, Russian hospitality enterprises faced the challenge of finding customers, surviving, competitiveness and other market factors. Developing new and improving old approaches to customer service, most professionals come to the conclusion that the key to a breakthrough in this area lies in the awareness of the heads of the hotel industry of the importance of using the concept of marketing. This is proved by the experience of Western countries, which shows that the success in the market depends not so much on the production and financial capabilities of firms as on the orientation toward the consumer. From the use of marketing. The application of the marketing concept by the enterprises of our country becomes an urgent necessity. The purpose of this diploma research is the development of a marketing mix for LTD «LDM-Hotel» in St. Petersburg (category 3 stars). The object of research is the marketing activities of LTD «LDM-Hotel», the subject is the effectiveness of the marketing mix. The thesis consists of three chapters: the first chapter includes the theoretical foundations for managing marketing activities in the hotel business, namely: modern marketing research of the hotel and tourist services market, research of needs and demand for hotel services, quality management of hotel services, pricing of hotel services, promotion organization And the marketing of hotel services, corporate hotel marketing. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of marketing activities of LTD «LDM-Hotel». In the third chapter proposals are being developed to improve the management of marketing activities in the hotel LTD «LDM-Hotel». The practical importance of the work lies in the development of a marketing mix for LTD «LDM-Hotel».
