Judgments on Cases of Freedom of Mass Media and Its Limitations in the Russian Federation and the Foreign States

At research examined problems of implementing mechanisms to protection the mass media in Russia, the United States and Britain. Analyzed legislation and judicial practice of restrictions on the freedom of the mass media in these states. On the identified problems, the author proposes solutions.
