As part of this master's thesis principal interest are the following research questions: What is meant by dissention opinion of the Constitutional Court’s judges of the Russian Federation, the teaching community representatives client orientation in the field of education? What is the significance of this institution for the Russian judicial system? What are the prospects for its development in the legislation of the Russian Federation? This work is exploratory in nature. The subject of the study is the institution of dissenting opinion of the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as the fundamental instrument for the establishment of democratic, independent justice of the Russian Federation, the object of research is the activity of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation who apply to write special opinions. The purpose of the research is to reveal the essential characteristics of the institute of dissenting opinions of the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and to characterize the specifics of the establishment of this institution within the domestic legal system.
