CEO – the first person of the company the key part at the enterprise during the crisis period is traditionally assigned to the head. Being a competent expert, the manager is able to put and achieve the objectives, to organize subordinates, has an idea of current situation and future prospects, owns technologies of permission of problem crisis situations and applies intuitive vision in difficult circumstances. All this in general allows to draw a conclusion on work of the head as about the difficult saturated activity demanding special skills. Relationship of the head and subordinates in the crisis organization, psychological climate of collective, and also result of work of collective directly depend on the management style realized by the head – the first person of the company. Problems of style of the management and psychological climate are considered by many researchers, and on another in research literature not enough attention is paid to a problem of influence of one factor. The work purpose – to open process of changes, dynamics of changes of the company and a role of the leader during crisis and changes. Research object – leadership skills of the first person of the company during crisis and changes. Object of research – influence of leadership and moral skills on success of activity of personnel in the organization during crisis and changes. Research hypotheses: - success of activity of the head – the first person of the company is defined by character, communicative, organizing and personal features: the these indicators are higher, the head during crisis and changes is more successful, especially collective is solid and efficiency and success of their activity are respectively higher; - between success of the head during crisis and changes and his leadership skills there is close connection
