Isakov Pavel. Political and Legal Ideology of German National Socialism and its Impact on the Formation of the State Apparatus and Legislation. Annotation The present research work is devoted to political and legal survey of the German National socialism ideology, and review of the Institutions of state and law, which were formed in the Third Reich period. The aim of this work is to represent theoretical conditions, which characterize German National socialism ideology as a political and legal studies and impact assessment of this ideology on formation of the state machine and legislation in the Third Reich period. In the first part of the dissertation there are historical and philosophical beginnings of the political and legal formation of the National socialism ideology are explored. Moreover, the attitude of society towards issued studies is explored too. The second part of the dissertation is devoted to analyse of the essence of political and legal ideology. As a result, there are some main concepts and characteristic features of this ideology were distinguished. The third part of the research discloses the mechanism of political and legal ideology of National socialism implementation in the case of changes, which were occurred in the Third Reich state machine, legislation and in civil society. As a result of the research, we represented a paradigm within which national socialism's ideologists thought and made transformations in Germany in the period between 1933 and 1945. The present research work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of reference. The size of the Master Thesis is 105 page.
