Project Management Office Implementation in the Company

In this paper discusses the concept of project management office, the impact of its activities, as well as analysis evaluation model of project management maturity, in order to develop a system of indicators that assess the impact of the activities of project management office. Further identified and examined the relationship between the maturity of project management and effectiveness of the project management office. The concept of performance measurement project office, which is a system of indicators at different levels of maturity of project management. In the future, it was determined the type of project office IT organizations to analyze the current level of maturity and examined the relationship between the maturity and effectiveness of IT organizations. The concept has been the basis for determining the size of functioning project office in each of the research subjects.
