Development of Simulation Model of a Company's Business Process for Efficiency Evaluation

In this work, there is an analysis of existing business processes of Scientific Research Institute of Measuring Systems of Y. E. Sedacova. By means of simulation, models development is represented the most significant phase of the selected processes. The object of study is the work of Scientific Research Institute of Measuring Systems of Y. E. Sedacova. The purpose of this paper is to analyze business processes of the enterprise, the search stages of these processes requiring more detailed study of their performance by means of simulation, experiment with different input parameters and further analysis of obtained results. The model was created through simulation showing the most important phases of the considered business processes Scientific Research Institute of Measuring Systems of Y. E. Sedacova: determination of optimal number of adjusters and backing presses; the search for optimal reorder point. By conducting experiments and getting results initial parameters that must be set in order to reduce company's costs were selected. These models allow us to obtain real economic effect.
