E-commerce in the Private International Law

This thesis is devoted to the legal regulation of electronic commerce in the context of reforms carried out by the different countries n from 2010 to 2015. This paper considers a number of issues of both material and conflict regulation, that include a new system of contract law. The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal and scientific background and to conclude how positively the reform will affect further development of e-commerce. In order to reach the goal e-commerce forms are to be examined consecutively.
