In this paper, describes a simple model for estimating the structural reliability of a network. Using the model, can be determined the relationship between the reliability of the system and the amount of money that is required to provide a given level of reliability. It is taken into account that the nodes in the system are not reliable and can refuse, and the edges, on the contrary, are absolutely reliable. In addition, the paper discusses algorithms for increasing the vertex reliability of a network by adding a new node to the system, i.e. a new base station.
