In the modern world, information is one of the most important assets of any business. Those who possess information and have the ability to correctly use it - knowingly owns a competitive advantage, which, in turn, is the key to success. In the 21st century, the development of information technology has made an incredible leap. This jump is due to the fact that IT today is the same resource that provides a competitive advantage in a hostile market. The relevance of this study is due to the absence of an automated process for the formation of multiple reporting forms, the data for which are unloaded from the industrial server of the central banking system at the request that passes the chain of approvals by the heads of individual units. Due to the exponential growth in the amount of data, the increase in the number of data unload requests, as well as changes in the reporting requirements that lead to an increase in the process complexity, the time for the formation of certain reports is significantly increased. Automation of this activity helps to avoid mistakes caused by human factors, as well as redistribute the time saved by employees for other tasks.
