Apartment Time to Sale Prediction Based on its Characteristics and Price

Paper solves the problem of creating method, that can estimate concrete flat time to sale based on its price. To do this curve price – time to sale was built. This curve also can answer the question what price need to be selected to sale apartment on time. Finding of this curve was based on cian.ru data, which include price, characteristics and time on market. Removing advertisement from site does not mean what flat was sold. Considering results were corrected. For certain advertisement similar were found. Then time to sale was estimated based on its history.
