Development a Universal Model of Technology "Smart Contract"

Making contracts around the world in real time is becoming increasingly important in the era of digitalization. The urgency of the problem is not to miss opportunities that new "smart" contracts can bring. Also it is highly important to adjust to the new realities of the market, having already reviewed many business processes. The research examines the technological and legal aspects of the "smart contract" technology. Examples of introducing smart contract technology were considered and a universal model of smart contracts was built. A legal status of the electronic agent was evaluated for the project, after which the definition of an electronic agent was proposed.
