Metaphors and Their Usage in Business Coaching and Organizations Management

In this final qualification work relevance of application of metaphors in business consultation and management is considered. The author offered and described a number of cognitive metaphors. The original metaphorical model of the organization is given. The initial research of efficiency of application of metaphors at the solution of a business case and in consultation sessions is executed. The technique of soft organizational changes is offered. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are made.
