Legal Presumptions in the System of Means of Normative Legal Technique

This master's thesis is devoted to consideration of legal presumptions in the system of means of normative legal technique. The author formulated her concept of presumption. In conclusion, the author identifies the main problems of the tool of legal technique and formulates proposals to increase the effectiveness of their usage.
