Special Aspects of IT Personnel Burnout

The study analyzes the emotional burnout of employees in the IT field. It was found that there are a number of factors that both promote and prevent emotional burnout. Factors arouse IT specialists burnout are technology growth and rapid change, close interaction with customers, low social support in the case of remote work, disruption of the work-life balance, failures and difficulties accompanying most IT projects, critical business mistakes and failures IT systems. Factors prevent IT specialists burnout are creativity, innovation, the prestige of the profession, a high level of pay and demand in the labor market.
