Research Factors Influencing the Achievement of Objectives of Co-packs Creation Projects (Co-packing)

There is an increase in the number of projects focused on co-pack creation in order to announce promotional offers to consumer due to positive market dynamics and switching consumers to products with lower price. Such projects have many steps and several departments influencing the process. NPD – Projects, especially co-packs creation in FMCG - one of the main priorities in the field of consumer goods, which require careful study and planning. The object of research are co-pack projects. The subject of the study are the factors directly influencing the achievement of the objectives of co-pack projects: costs, dates and quality. The developed recommendations are of scientific and practical value for researchers of this field, as well as for managers and participants of such projects. Objective: to identify factors that affect the achievement of the objectives of joint packaging projects, to formulate recommendations for changing the existing process to achieve the planned objectives. Within the framework of the work, the distinctive features of the joint packaging projects were identified, literature analysis was carried out, and the existing process of developing a new product was formed. As a result of the study, the factors that influence the achievement of the goals of co-packing (joint packing) projects were identified. On their basis, recommendations were developed for organizing the management of the process for creating joint packaging.
