Monitoring the Quality of Public and Municipal Services in a Multi-Functional Centers

In connection with active introduction of new forms of state and municipal services, there is a huge influx of applicants who seek to save time and get high-quality and accessible public and municipal services. To date, the need for monitoring the quality and accessibility of public and municipal services is one of the most important areas. There are many individual types of monitoring, but unfortunately, none of them can give a comprehensive view of the quality and availability of services in multifunctional centers. The present study is aimed at improving the mechanism of implementation of proposals to improve the quality and accessibility of public and municipal services in multifunctional centers in Perm. Was studied the theoretical and legal bases of providing the state and municipal services, as well as Russian and foreign experience in providing public and municipal services through multifunctional centers. An analysis was conducted of the quality and accessibility of public and municipal services through multifunctional centers in the city of Perm. The work resulted in proposals to improve the mechanism for improving the quality and accessibility of public and municipal services in multifunctional centers in Perm.
