Project Development of ERP System Implementation for Small Businesses

The paper proposes a standard project for the implementation of an enterprise information system of the ERP class for small business enterprises. The problems of implementing ERP-systems for small business enterprises are analyzed, and ERP-systems for small business are reviewed. The first chapter is devoted to the state of affairs in the implementation of ERP-systems for small businesses, reviewed the scientific literature, analyzed the problems of implementing ERP-systems for enterprises in the small business sector, examined existing and appropriate implementation techniques. In the second chapter, a model implementation project is proposed, a methodology for selecting the ERP system configuration has been developed. In the third chapter of the present work, the existing methods for estimating the effect from the implementation of the ERP system are considered, and the author's method of estimation is proposed - "Net Score of ERP".
