Topological Properties of Connectome Network

This work contains the creation and the study of the C.elegans model. Тopological and spectral features was computed to analyze the structure of сonnectome. Analysis of the topology of the network was carried out in comparison to the main models of random networks. Model Barabasi-Albert corresponds a description of the distribution of degree and centrality network of C. elegans. Visualization and computation was carried out with the use of the Python.
