Automation of Industrial Enterprise Business Processes Using the 1C: ERP

Automation of business processes of the enterprise is currently one of the most productive methods for increasing the productivity of employees, monitoring the progress of technological, financial and economic processes, and as a consequence of the efficiency of the business as a whole. The research presented in this paper is devoted to the automation of individual business processes of an industrial enterprise Joint Stock Company "TIKO-Plastic", which operates in the market of flexible packaging materials. In the framework of this work, the organizational and management model of the enterprise was investigated, the main activity of the company was described, the structure of the information technology department and the methodology used to develop and implement the information system based on the platform 1C:ERP was presented. As a result of this work, three business processes "Calculating the cost of an order", "Reservation of finished products", "End-to-end passage of an order" were simulated. Based on the results of the modeling in the BPMN notation identified problem areas and formulated the main requirements for the system being developed for automating business process data. Next, technical projects were developed for each process, describing the requirements for the implemented automated system and clearly formulated tasks for programmers. The tasks included a description of the necessary improvements in the system of the 1C:ERP of "TIKO-PLASTIC". As a result of designing these systems, the development (completion of the configuration) and the implementation of the system in accordance with the requirements described were carried out. These actions led to an improvement in the performance of the automated system, an increase in the processing speed of information, and, as a result, improved customer service.
