Analysis of Multimedia Technologies and Teaching Methods in the E-Learning Environment ELINS (Educational Lyceum of Information and Networking System)

The object of the study is the e-learning environment (hereinafter - ELE) of ELINS (educational lyceum information network system) of lyceum No. 1533 (of information technology) (hereinafter LIT, lyceum), while multimedia technologies and teaching methods are the subject of research. Introduction of the paper says us about the relevance of the topic and the tasks, which were set in the beginning of work on this project. The first chapter talks about lyceum No. 1533. In the second chapter, there are electronic educational environments studied. The third chapter is about multimedia technologies, including those used in the e-learning environment. In the fourth chapter attention is paid to the teaching methods used in the ELE of Lyceum No. 1533. The fifth chapter is devoted to the analysis of the new (ELINS-2) and old (ELINS) system used in the Lyceum. Further conclusions were drawn on the analysis that was carried out in the first four chapters and was completed in the fifth one. After this there are several recommendations, which will help to improve new system. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions made as far as the diploma is written, and related not only to the e-learning environment of LIT, but also to multimedia technologies and teaching methods.
