Legal Regime of the Electronic Money in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation

In the master's thesis, a complex issues are considered that is related to the concept and legal regime of electronic money. Apart that, the concept of electronic money in economic science and jurisprudence, as well as in Russian law, in the law of the European Union and the United States of America is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the legal nature of electronic money and its place in the system of civil rights objects is revealed.
