International Recruiting of House Personnel

The master's paper is devoted to international recruiting of house personnel, the topic that is currently gaining increasing interest and dissemination. The work reviews existing studies, examines the theoretical aspects of international recruiting of house personnel. We also studied the practice of international recruiting of house personnel in Russian families in historical context, as well as at the present stage. The analysis of the activitiy of the international recruitment agency English Nanny in the field international recruiting of qualified home staff is of particular practical importance in this work. The practical chapter solved the task of developing recommendations for improving the recruitment of qualified home staff in the agency. The proposed recommendations can be applied further by English Nanny agency, as well as by other specialized agencies.
