This research focuses on the internationalization strategies of world leading consulting companies. It investigates consulting markets in Russia and Brazil, putting emphasis on their peculiarities, similarities and differences. Also, the research examines the entry strategies of “The Big 4” firms and some other international agencies. They mainly use the method of merger and acquisitions, getting new clients and employees from purchased local companies. This study can be useful for consulting firms that are going to enter foreign markets, including Russia or Brazil.
