Guidelines Development for Enhancement of Healthcare Facility IT Infrastructure

The presented graduate qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the Russian medical company Invitro. Company is suffering financial losses resulting from problems in implemented IT-infrastructure. The study of the company consists of forming Business requirements for IT-infrastructure, analysis of current IT-infrastructure compliance with the Business requirements and measurement of company losses due to found incompliances. Guidelines for solving found problems and improving Invitro IT-infrastructure are formed. Approach to implementing developed guidelines is chosen and its advantages and flaws are identified. Models describing target IT-infrastructure are developed based on a chosen approach. Developed models are compared with a current IT-infrastructure and conclusions about applicability of proposed guidelines is formed.
