Development of IT Strategy in a Company Providing Educational Services

Currently, it is difficult to imagine the leadership in the market of any services without the using of information technology. At the same time, information technologies penetrate into all spheres of company activity. This study aimed at the methodical development of the strategy for the development of information technology in the company providing educational services. Methodical recommendations will serve to determine the goals and effects of the development of information technology in the company. The scientific novelty of this final qualifying work is a radical change in the approach to the management of IT processes in the company providing educational services. А new approach for Russia to the development of an information technology development strategy in a small company in the field of education is a term of managing IT processes. The urgency of the work is conditioned by the tendency towards informatization of the society, the increasing importance for the state as the development of information technologies in general, and in particular within their application in the educational process, the active transition to the use of online education The work explores the areas associated with the IT strategy, conducts a comprehensive analysis of a particular company, on the basis of which the business model of the company is built. Standard COBIT 5 is used to build a model for the interaction of business and IT goals and formalize the company's IT processes. The result of the research is the developed strategy of IT development in the company providing educational services. The work consists of three chapters, conclusions on the conducted research, a list of used literature and one appendix.
