This study of the Syrian conflict and the kurdish issue appear to be of high importance for understanding of the political processes occurring in the contemporary history of the Middle East and also in the international system as a whole. The civil war in Syria became the main aspect of all burning issues in the region and of the interests of large external actors. The list of topical problems includes: the growing terrorist threat in the region, the confrontation between the US and Iran, the struggle of Turkey for expanding its influence in the Middle East region, the struggle for superiority in the region between Iran and the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, the confrontation between Israel and Muslim countries, etc. Kurdish issue is one of the main aspects of this conflict. At the moment, it can be stated that the solution for many key problems of the region is impossible without the resolution of the Syrian conflict, which greatly depends on kurdish issue, since all the key Middle Eastern countries, as well as Russia and the Western powers, are interested in the results of the civil war in Syria
