Process Approach if Public Administration (Using the Example of Open Joint Stock Company "Russian Railways")

The presented research considers and studies the effectiveness of the implementation of the process approach in public administration due to the example of the structural division «Russian Railways». The deficit of scientifically grounded knowledge in the respect of the implementation of the process approach in public administration confirms the selected topic. The main goal of the study is to identify and describe the problems and drivers of these problems occuring in the process of implementing similar projects. The practical importance of the study is the possibility of using the developed recommendations for other organizations or state companies in order to prevent and eliminate potential problems and enhance the effectiveness of such projects.
