The conclusion and results of the research are given in the end of the graduate work. The main aim of the whole work is to create such requirements which are suitable for needs of client, system abilities and successful deployment project finalization. To achieve this aim some tasks were set: the study of the methods for requirements receiving, the creation of description for the business-process of issuance of bank guarantees, the designing of the model of business-process, the creation of requirements, the description of the deployment project realization. In the progress of work I studied methods of the requirements receiving and substantiated their choice. The substantiation was made with accordance to the chosen methodology of IT-products development. The next step of the work was the designing of business-process model for the process of issuance of bank guarantees. The model was created by the ARIS methodology and the EPC notation. Then I formed functional and non-functional requirements with analyzes of the model and business-requirements. After the requirements development there is the project description and the specification of the project realization. In the end I made some conclusion about the compliance of results with requirements and needs of the client. The main result of work is system realization requirements which fit the needs and requests of the client and quality criteria. The successful realization of the project and the absence of failures show that requirements were created without critical mistakes and are suitable for the business-project automation.
