Psychodynamics of Early Development Stages of Organisations (in the Organization Life Cycle Model)

This work aims, through the cycle model to perform in the psychodynamic approach, the processes in the company on the stages of formation and growth. To explain the success or failure of passage of a stage of development of the company by reviewing the internal processes in teams and the influence of the leader of the company by analyzing the internal psychodynamic processes. As the results of the work: failure to complete milestones associated with the devolution organization to use a psychotic defense mechanisms, including those inherent in narcissistic pathology. Protective mechanisms (destructive) that work in bad organizations, are described in the framework of narcissistic pathology. The VCC model of I. Adizes may be supplemented by a model of the Ego-ideal of G. Schwartz, and moreover, the model can be applied not only to Mature organizations (as an explanation) but also to the organizations at the beginning of the VCC model.
